Whether it’s dealing with evasive clients, resolving conflicts between team members, or navigating tricky negotiations, Michael has encountered a range of challenging scenarios throughout his career. His ability to defuse hostile meetings, communicate effectively with underperforming staff, and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy has been instrumental in maintaining positive business dynamics and fostering growth. Kristine Villanueva serves as the Executive Assistant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and operations within the organisation. Her responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at facilitating efficient workflow and supporting the Director. This includes promptly answering and managing phone calls, as well as conveying important messages and information to the Director.
Kristine Villanueva serves as the Executive Assistant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and operations within the organisation. Her responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at facilitating efficient workflow and supporting the Director. This includes promptly answering and managing phone calls, as well as conveying important messages and information to the Director. Kristine also plays a key role in the preparation and review of documents, particularly those related to upcoming audits. Additionally, she is responsible for updating client information in the CRM system and maintaining various records and documents. As part of her duties, Kristine diligently monitors emails and responds as necessary, ensuring timely communication. Working closely with the Director, she assists in all aspects of his daily work routine, which involves maintaining his calendar and scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. Moreover, Kristine undertakes the task of preparing invoices for client payments, contributing to the organisation’s financial processes and management. Through her dedicated efforts, Kristine effectively supports the Director and contributes to the smooth functioning of the organsation.
